Hey folks,

If you are an EA Play Pro member on PC and were missing your pre-order content, then you'll now be able to find that in-game. Just relog, and check the Collection screen.

Thanks again for reporting this to us and sticking with us while we worked to make this content available for you. We're looking forward to seeing you wearing your new Skins on the Battlefield!

Still never received pre order items from being an EA Pro member signed out of origin and back in. Didnt change.

This is still not fixed. I do not have the pre order content even tho I played early? EA support has no clue about this.

  Correct, this is insanity, I've posted multiple replies created a bug post myself and spoke with a few agents. No replies yet and still missing the pre order content.
