BF2042 - Pricing Changes for Battlefield Currency

An update related to the pricing of Battlefield Currency (BFC)

Hey Battlefield Community,

 

We’ve got some price changes on EA.com/EA app we wanted to make you aware of related to the purchase of Battlefield Currency (BFC) that will take effect from June 1, 2023. There are no impacts to full game prices of Battlefield 2042.

 

While some currencies won't see any changes at this time (USD, EUR, JPY, HKD, VND), others will be seeing increases while other countries can expect price reductions to align with our goal of balancing prices across all currencies. For currencies that will see price increases, the team worked to ensure that the price increases for BFC were fair and in line with economic conditions.

 

This price adjustment will only impact real money transactions for the purchase of BFC and the cost to acquire in-game cosmetics will not change, please note that the rollout for the price adjustment across all platforms will begin at 2 am PT and be completed by approximately 10 am PT on June 1st.
