BF2042 - Streaming problems with OBS

So i kinda different post but if i stream BF2042 on Twitch with OBS my GPU is on 100%

I stream over NVENC with my 3080 but the stream and performance of the game is good no problems but because my GPU is on 100% everything else gets laggy like my stream and other videos on my second monitor.

Does somebody knows a fix for that?
