    But that sounds almost to be too rational a way of doing things for EA to do just that for prioritizing what maps their veterans want back in BF2042? 😁

@CyberDyme I think this would be great! My guess is they will have a launch set free, and will be charging for extra maps added. While some would say "Oh no all maps should be free", I'm absolutely OK with this. All new 2042 maps will still be free. Charging for remastered maps is the best way to monetize Battlefield imo, as long as it's say $2-3 per map. Battlefield community doesn't care about cosmetics enough for them to make money.

I'm skeptical about Tom's map list though. Metro AND Locker? Can't see them putting both at the start. Don't see them putting in a Bad Co 2 map either, given it can only hold like 24 players. The rest are 64 player maps.
