I'm not sure how you can tell the difference between someone cheating and lousy servers with a poorly coded game.
I've come to realize that what I'm seeing on my screen isn't exactly what is happening on the server in the match.
How many time have you put the first 5-10 shots into an enemy player and lost the gun fight? Too many to call this game legitimate.

It's very obvious when someone is cheating. And even easier to bait when you are sus on a player.
When someone has an odd sense of awareness that almost seems like they are going out of their way to find you against the grain of play or when they prefire your corner.
It's easier to bait with smoke or pretend that you are going to run around a corner.
When you are dead on the floor watching them track players through walls on the kill cam and snap on spread targets and prefiring.
There aren't a lot of cheaters or perhaps, there aren't a lot of blatant cheaters.
But I now know of 2 that are confirmed in the OCE region, a region that doesn't hold a massive population in the game as we get a fair amount of bots in the lobby.
The weirdest thing about complaining of cheaters in the game is people are so quick to defend the game and denounce that there are cheaters. If there are cheaters in any game, why wouldn't the community rally to do something about it. If EA/DICE refuse to recognise cheaters and deal with them appropriately, why shouldn't we all cheat? There are no ramifications.
I'm not saying that I will but it would be interesting to see how long I could get away with blatant cheating just to prove a point.
- @ChinaNumaWaaaan Most of the cheaters are discreet and not ones that are even blatant. You can tell just how much gameplay shifted in the last couple of months. Not to mention the console auto-aim bs(which some are probably using a Cronus). I am having players constantly chucking grenades right in front of me from vast distances with no clear line of sight in front of me as soon get to an area. Not in my vicinity like literally if I am prone right in front of my face. Some people are moving around like mad men speed-wise and snapping to targets on the move so fast the animation does not even catch up.
- @hollamf I'd like to point out that the mouse and keyboard aim have seen insane improvements in the last months too.
Precision has been fixed, the recoil bug has been fixed, and the input feels super snapy.
