BF2042 not in library after paying with Paypal

Hello, i purchased BF2042 yesterday (10-16-23) and it isn't in my library. I have my order confirmation email and everything. If someone could look into this it would be great! Order number is 100670...

    @VeriiaBlackcat Thanks for checking. In that case I think probably the best thing to do would be to contact EA Help at help.ea.com. They should be able to investigate this and see what's happening.

    If it helps, here are the steps to get a live chat:

    - Select Battlefield 2042 from the game list.
    - Select 'See all help topics.
    - Choose the 'I want to check my order status' option.
    - You should now be able to select the 'Chat with us' option.

Yes the payment on my order history is showing that the status is completed.
