BF2042. Unable to load into matches.

When I try to enter a match, it finds me, then there's a black screen and I'm thrown out into the lobby.  But at the same time, other modes are loading.  Can you help me to fix it?   Laptop co...

Hey there mako_san1​ 

From what I can see in the attached video it looks like both times it happened it tried to load you in on the same map.

Can you see if you are able to load into that map in Portal? If not can you try other maps and let us know if the same thing happens.

    Thanks for the reply. They tried to load me into two different maps: first, in 64-player mode on "Manifest," and then in 128-player mode on "Kaleidoscope."
