@TwiztedMannix I agree. The BF community has played BF over the years because it wasn't CoD or these other shooters. Players played Battlefield for Battlefield not CoD. Seems like Dice/EA doesn't understand their own audience that essentially kept them in business for 20 years.

I guarantee you with the fan base today, if BF3/BF4 were released this year it would be the most sold FPS game of the year.

BF2042 introduced specislist that are abilitys based and subclasses of the traditional classes similar to Rainbowsix SIEGE NOT COD 😵 The cod so call specialist ARE COSMETICS and have nothing to do with 2042 Classes freedom is like MAG not cod- @Stew360 The CoD in 2042 is - 3rd person takedowns, fast player movement, tactical sprint, no feeling of weight to the characters at all. The reloading animations are even straight of MW '19. The specialists system is mimic of the CoD operators [Some specialists even are straight copies from MW]. The gameplay in 2042 feels more like MW '19 than a Battlefield game.
Dice even hired former CoD developers and dumped core Battlefield mechanics to appeal to CoD players.
