@DidoDimievBg I never bought BFV, I played it through Origin Access Premium before they changed the service. I picked up BFV yesterday for $13. Best money I've spent on a Recent battlefield game. BF2042 should've been $10 bargain bin...
Even if they went free to play with 2042 I would not want to play it. It has been one of the worst experiences in gaming I have ever had. I rather do my chores, this game offers nothing that would make me come back and give it a second chance.
Even if they fix some of the things the underlying design is just too atrocious. As someone once said: “You can mix turds with raisins. But in the end they are still turds.” Battlefield 5 at least had the an okay framework, but 2042 is a total loss.
All my friends either reduced their playtime significantly or left this game for good. In Germany we say that the game's player count is smaller than the average family size in the Saarland. Their blessing is that they implemented cross play otherwise it would nearly be impossible to find matches I guess.
