Bigger Squad Sizes or Parties!

Who only has 4 friends that play a particular game anymore? If we can't have bigger squads there should at least be a way for us to remain on the same team. If you have more than 4 friends trying to play together you constantly have others trying to rejoin every time they get put on the opposite team. If this isn't part of the core game than in the very least should be an option in portal.
