Bizarre Gameplay Last Night.

I had a realy hard time not uninstalling this game last night after playing for an hour or so on Conquest. That was all I could manage before giving up.

Cross Play - OFF.  Playing on PS5.

I was getting killed from places I knew nobody would be, the kill cam just focussed on a random hill but didn't show anyone.

I spawned right in front of a tank on one occasion, then on another ocasion a tank ran me over with absolutely no sound of it approaching whatsoever.

Then I spawned OUT of area....Twice ? (Just to clarify, I selected one of the objectives taken, not a player who could have been on the edge of the map.)

It feels as though everytime they release a patch to fix something they screw something else up.

I also seem to be getting controller lag from time to time too in the 64 player maps and they are getting really boring now with just these few !

I honestly had high hopes for 2042, and you would think that a Newer game would be better than the Older game it's replacing, but it's definately not the case with this one. Which is a huge shame.

    @80uwjx4m1chc Understandable frustration. It is odd, IMHO, how the experience can be different from server to server...
    Maybe I'm going insane but it feels sometimes also like different specialists and with different loadouts will move at different speeds. Also different LMGs having different time-to-ADS (with same builds). None of this was in any DICE update or patch notes, thus why I might be imagining things...

    Something was iffy on the weekend here in North America. My ping was higher than usual and for all my friends too. By the way you are very lucky you can find games with crossplay off.

    I envy you for that.

    @JOGAGATYA ever since the last patch (coincidence of course) I have not been able to find a single AOW match with crossplay off; even in the evening (this slot was the last holdout of hope).
    Only on Portal with a handful of players either side and the rest filled with AI.

    Does not bode well until end-2024/25 whenever the next BF comes out.
