Blurry/ hazey draw distance?

Instantly noticed that Dice have implemented that terrible blur/hazey look to limit detail. The only way to fix it in BF5 was to adjust render resolution scale but there is no option for that in BF2042 also HDR is disable/greyed out. It is so off putting . Also running RTX 3080 i7-11700 high settings sometimes FPS drop down to 50 in gunfights????? WTH
