check this video, the last 2 shots I did that managed to hit were headshots. The guy without armor died and the guy with armor survived and took cover

I'll also add that the ARMOR PIERCING ammo type should ignore or instantly break body armor.
Honestly, just remove it. It's too strong on Angel's ability since it also restores ammo, and it feels like far too much of a "selfish" gadget that really makes a lot of modes unfun to play as you're more or less forced to use it to stay on a level playing field with others. Using literally any other gadget in say, infantry-only portal mode just results in you having a direct health disadvantage in a firefight.
It's lame, boring, uninteresting, and stupid.
