@Ironhead841 load out crate had always rarely been used since it takes so long. Again every single specialists in the game has access to a ammo crate so that's a useless ability. Angel is pointless now, that's my point
I usually play Angel and the first thing I do when trying to cap a flag is call for a loadout crate, then begin clearing enemies and distributing ammo/armor to teammates.
Even with removing the ability to dispense armor I honestly don't see how it will change that play style.
