Breakthrough 128 was very unbalanced
The most balanced breakthrough has been is when it was only on the 64 man layout.
They just needed to nerf the Hind/Condor properly and I think breakthrough would've been in a good place but no instead we get the * 128 layouts and more vehicles on defense which just makes the game mode worse because vehicle players ( especially choppers ) just ignore each other and farm infantry

64 players BT has never been balanced. It's the sole reason why there's so many complaints about aircraft dominating infantry. The old 128 player layouts were more balanced seeing as defenders actually could contest the skies and stop armor advances.

Said this ages ago but this is what happens when you completely nerf the turret into oblivion, all you have to do is rush objectives without a care in the world and it’s easy

You are remembering pretty bad 128 player defense way worse than 64
I literally refused to play defense on 128 players but don't have a lot of issues in 64 other than the choppers being OP but they are just as OP in 128

I find it funny that both teams spawn at the same time away from the objectives, so the initial defense is not even set up yet when the attackers arrive.
If they rush the first sector immediately, it is an easy cap.
The lack of aircraft for the defense is mind boggling.
