If the attackers arent dying and are just steamrolling the defense then thats one thing, but when you manage to kill 100 of them and they start the next sector like nothing happened at all it really feels unfair as defense.
Limit offense to one reinforcement per match and I think it would help with balance.
Things are just as bad on the attacking side. My first two breakthrough games this morning were attacking and my teams could not get past the first and second sectors on either map, and for some of the same exact reasons that I've stated earlier for why defenders are failing.
Players are XP farming in Battlefield now. This series is not for people that play to win.

They just turned the succes of meatgrinders into the full size maps without people calling them meatgrinders because they have a poor reputation, saying you enjoy metro or underground makes people not take you seriously at least it used to. While actually the tug of war aspect of the meatgrinders actually had some cool depth tbh, pull off a good flank and the battle gets turned so fast.
Pretty sure it's a marketing thing as wel, countless of video's in the wild from people getting crazy kills streaks and flanks but these are basiccally staged by Dice by ways of game design, instead of something special or unique.
