I am glad to hear that Squad Management will be getting an overhaul soon, it is long overdue in BF2042 imho.
I agree with ragnarok's screenshot Similar or to that extent.
And ofcourse you gain those thru teamplay, capturing objectives, assists and basically anything that encourages team play which should give you xp for the perks.
Also as the squad gets wiped out. Everyone looses the perk and now neds xp to regain their individual perks.
