Bug? Stealth chopper getting locked in stealth mode

@Shibiwan I’ve noticed that the last two days as well. Also getting locked on below radar by wildcats. Seems sus as heck since 4.2.

    @ATFGunr Definitely sus. I changed my standard load out to carry flares (instead of repair kit) as a result.
