I have plenty of experience in Tanks to know that a few placed hits can take them out fast... The drone is just another way of doing that.
Just because YOU are incapable of destroying them, doesn't mean others can't shoot the drones. This just seems like a you-problem now.
There is a very good reason NOT to remove this......

I was having trouble getting more than one c5 pack on the drone recently. Has anyone noticed the same? Could just be my aim but it seemed easier to just stack all three on the day before. Wondering if they put a limit in
