@xMeGaMenteI don't think it needs fixing. This is simply a evolution of 'Jeep Stuff' end of the day C4/5 is sticky and a Drone flies, so it makes sense you can do this. Maybe the drone range could be a little reduced, Health reduced (a tiny drone surely can't take more than a few direct hits at best) and the enter/exit animations elongated a bit but overall I think it plays fine and isn't the easiest if your on your own (though if your with a friend with good comms its a different story..). Vehicles at the moment are way OP and this is a fairly decent counter.
Need a equipment or weapon to Anti-Drone. Laser weapon?
Or new Specialists skill can Anti-Drone?
Anti-Drone by gun shoot is impossible.
@chrilscThe friendly drones can lock on and attack the enemy drones as well as generally spot them for everyone.
Now that I understood how much spotting they can do I am always gunning down the enemy drones
There is already an anti-drone skill... Ravin Nao can hack drones, freezing them in place which leaves them vulnerable to a follow-up shot. The problem is that Ravin Nao's gadget is so awful to use, especially when trying to hack drones, that it's almost pointless to try. Imagine trying to maintain sniping-accurate aims at medium to long ranges on a moving target the size of a drone... if you do not keep the reticule exactly on the moving drone for 2-3 seconds it will reset the attempt. Basically, the counter to this extremely powerful, clever, and valid technique exists but Navin Rao players are not given functioning tools to handle it as they should. I'd appreciate it if you upvoted those posts to help bring visibility to the situation.
@DPierre007Or one can use other drones to do the same on enemy drones with the lock on emp attack. This also stuns the drone and spots it so if there is one more in the team with half a braincell they will shoot it then
@UP_Hawxxeye I agree with using another drone with the EMP. So that's 1 out of 2 out of 10 specialists that has a working counter against a very strong technique. Better than nothing but still insufficient.
