Can anybody on Xbox S/X actually get into a game with Xplay off?

@JIHADxJEEPER I'm sorry to hear that, honestly. I guess that things might get easier if more people decide to opt out through the system settings. That doesn't help you now of course.

While I don't really want to suggest this, there is the XB1 version if you have the digital download copy. I played that for a day, to try it out, and had a fairly good time.

@JIHADxJEEPER Turn on crossplay and see if you are getting full lobbies. You need to find out if its on EA/Dice's end or ISP end.

  @ghinavirus It’s totally fine with Crossplay on, Just not an enjoyable experience with it on. Maybe it’s my region I guess…Dunno. Can just play IS sandstorm I guess and wait till the evening. Just seeing if I’m the only one that can’t get servers with it off.

    @JIHADxJEEPER Ok I found a full game no issues in All out war.
    
    I did check xbox live outage and on the map the Los Angeles area did have outage issues today by reports earlier today
