Can I play the $70 version of battlefield 2042 on Xbox one?

       Can I play the $70 version of battlefield 2042 on Xbox one?  When I look at the Xbox store and look at Battlefield 2042 Xbox Series X|S it says that it has support for Xbox one and series X.  ...

@SP33DYTuner  No.

You will need to order the Gold or Ultimate Edition of Battlefield 2042 in order to include the “Cross-gen Bundle”. This gives you two copies of the game: one for the Xbox One and the other for the XBox Series S/X.

This also includes the cross-progression feature so that your progress on one platform will carry over to the other.
