@X_BattlePHILd_X Don't think we can restrict spawns entirely, like with your idea where the squad leader can't respawn.
@TrasteTh Not that I saw during my very brief fiddling. My thinking is somewhat based around the info we've seen about not being able to build BR modes, where things like no respawns are a common feature, so there's a chance at the moment that I'm totally wrong as it's more of an assumption.
Edit: I did not mean to mark this as the solution (finger slip). I'll ask a CM if they can change that. Apologies.
