can soldier dialogue be turned off

I was wondering if specialist dialogue can be turned off? From what I've seen, the dialogue is both distracting and full of swearing, both of which I don't find desirable in a game. I don't actually own the game, but it looks great.

Also, could someone please tell me what Dozer says at the end of the round?
