Can Voice Chat please be turned "On'' by default for consoles?

Not sure if this is an issue on PC, but on consoles the option is turned ''Off" by default. There has been an influx of new players and many people don't know that the option exists or even needs to ...

its literally the easiest thing in the world to hit the mute button. Why stifle the many possible relationships that could form from people having mikes on because u couldn't be inconvenienced for 5 seconds to click the mute button.

@Lancing975 I agree, that's why the feature was invented lol. It's not even just about someone using their mic, but when someone chooses not too, you'd still like to ask for help or give direction that they could hear. With the VOIP off by default, it sounds as if no one is ever using a mic
