Can you relocate where the "Settings" folder saves? I cannot access "User"

So my BF2042 files are in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042" not in my "Documents" folder, in there i have the following folders; _Installer _overlay Core Da...
