Cannot spawn on squad when it matters
Whenever there is a situation you would want to spawn on a squadmate it's blocked.... what's the point? Even when they are definitely not in combat it's still not possible. Combined with only have 4 ...

Yeah the "in combat" detection is a bit over zealous in 2042,
Also a lot more difficult selecting between multiple spawn options that are close to each other.
