Cannot spawn on squad when it matters
Whenever there is a situation you would want to spawn on a squadmate it's blocked.... what's the point? Even when they are definitely not in combat it's still not possible. Combined with only have 4 ...

@doubleome nope, i dont wanna be in a shootout with a guy, then suddenly be outnumbered because he has friends and i dont.
@GovntTookMyBaby Doesn’t have to be that extreme, but the cooldown timer after shooting or being shot before squadmates can spawn should and can be made much shorter. If someone does a quick retreat behind cover squadmates should be able to spawn.
Right now every enemy has to be killed or people have to be so far from a fight before you can spawn it’s ridiculous.
