@Jaguar1287 I get this on PC too. It's seems baked into the game, so it's not you. I realized last night the ACW with a 4 power scope is prone to it, so I'm guessing it's certain weapons with certain scopes. Try changing scopes / optics. I agree with Sk1lld that it's related to aiming down sight.
