Most companies only seem to care if it gets to the point that it effects their income/People stop playing the game.
Just look at damn near any games leaderboards. The top people are damn near always cheaters with scores that arent even achievable under the best of circumstances, but for some reason their scores aren't removed, and if you look up the account names you'll see that they are still active.

@BizzyVaping Yes, and it has frustrated me, for many years--especially in games like CoD, where they never slap the obvious cheaters.
For example, if it would take someone 3 months, at least, to earn the rank they have, but the game has only been out for 3 weeks, it's obviously a cheat. The game company should ban the cheat rank and the cheater player.
It isn't too hard to investigate and find out.
