Communication on the Battlefield

I understand what EA/DICE was trying to do when they did not include VOIP chat in the game. Yes we have some knuckleheads who play the game, however, communication on the battlefield is important. especially when you have randoms on your squad. I think that EA/DICE wanted friends just to play together, however, friends may not always have time to play at the same time.

@MoeGunnzz219 It's getting added, in the next update if my memory is working properly, as edgecrusherO0 mentioned. I guess that crossplay complicated things.

VOIP is being added but from what I've read it's only going to be squad only VOIP so largely useless when playing with randoms and no squad management.

@MoeGunnzz219 I doubt that DICE planned not to include VOIP. I believe while they had experience to get it working in previous titles, they had a lot of issues to get it working in a crossplay setup, so that everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely not an excuse for a 'team' based game.

@Nightflyer735 I didn't aim to excuse anything, its just en explanation.
Since the technical playtest there is a VOIP Keybinding. The VOIP Audio Controls were removed after the Beta, if I remember that correctly.

So the statement that DICE never wanted Squads to communicate is wrong.
So they need to fix this.
