Could anyone or the community please give in any info/information on the editions GOLD V ULTIMATE Is there a difference or are they the same? Advantages/disadvantages? Pros V * ? Pointless topi...

@INVALID_USER14@lzilchetlis correct here. The only differences between the Gold and Ultimate Edition of Battlefield 2042 are the "Midnight bundle", artwork and soundtrack.
Not necessarily a pointless topic for discussion, but likely not one where we can influence change...
@carsono311I think maybe I would have gone for gold if someone pointed out the difference. Tend to worry that I've not understood the battlepass/DLC deal . So worth being here I guess to clarify for some if they are not fussed about the additional content
- @lzilchetl Yeah, I suspect many people, myself included, are really not sure what to expect with the “Year 1 Pass”. Like what are the “Battle Passes”? Are they worth the money? I think I can guess what they are, but you get my point…
I am fortunate to have the disposable income to spend on the Ultimate Edition, even if it ends up being a poor value, but it would be nice if the differences in editions were better explained / delineated.- @carsono311 Agree exactly. I think I sort of assumed that the ultimate would have either an additional pass or some levelling up, or other content over the year, but didn't look too closely. Not sure I would have paid for cosmetics only. I've always gone for the top package. The battle pass thing... Hope you don't get a level reset each time like Warzone... Find that annoying.
