Confusing UI

So many questions. So confusing UI.

Where do I find my weapons, vehicles, gadgets, matches, KD, SPM, KPM, play time STATS??!?!?!?!

Where can I track and view my medals, ribbons, dog tags? Are there any assignments, missions and community missions?

And whats wrong with the games audio? It sound completely wrong, all muffled and weird, like I'm hearing the battle from inside a container. Tried everything in options-sound.

What determines the spawn time of the vehicles in spawn and the vehicles the player can call in?

Is there a test range map where you can tweak and try all your binds and stuff?

And why why why is the server browser located under Portal? Should be the first thing in the menus.

Is there a way to turn off those annoying little cut scenes before and after the match? The ones when you land with the heli in spawn or showing best repair guy etc in the end.
