Constantly being spotted by grenade and specialist wall hack is trash

What are the counters to the permanent state of being spotted in this game?  Medal of Honor Warfighter is the only game I’ve played where the Devs had the foresight to create a class that was ...

They need to make it harder to spot. Everything spot in this game, it favors only those who does not play the objective. BFV had only one class that could spot with flare ( easely visible and counterable), goint back to BF3,4 spotting system isnt a good idea.
