Could Damage Numbers return? (Even if not part of score anymore?)

In previous titles, damage done to Infantry, Land, Air, and even Water Vehicles was displayed in the hud as part of score, it was a great indicator in fights to read how much damage done to players and vehicles in calculating HP left and how many uses or ammo a gadget/weapon need to take enemy hp to zero. While 2042 uses a different score system, this feature would help in players learning how much damage a weapon or gadget does to vehicles or players, as opposed to only having health bars without any value to determine how much damage you will need to do to eliminate or destroy vehicles especially. 

In the same notion, could the part disable hud notification display what specific part has been disabled? Currently it is mostly ambiguous in what specific part of a land or air vehicle has been disable, especially when the vehicle has been hit outside your line of sight behind a building or far away with mines.
