This mode is bound to make people feel extra disgusted with snipers perched on some hill out of bounds
This is the best game mode available.
But, ppl dont get to understand that the match is not won paasively because the other team runs out of tickets, you have to actively get inside of the Area Objective, stay inside untill is captured and push to the next.
At the end you have ..... Again ..... Actively move your * inside the area objective and activate the explosives.
Too much to handle for the battlefield community.
This is compatible with playing as a sniper, getting in a good spot is part of the sniping process, if you dont enjoy that, just look for another role.
- @ChusmaConArmas I am currently trying to unlock the T1 lock of the VCAR. While an SMG player gets 50 - 60 kills, I only get 7 - 8 kills. I’m not even mentioning how many times I’ve died. It’s not even a quarter of the score I get in REHAVEN mode. An SMG player might really enjoy this mode. But being a target like a zombie is not to my liking.

- @ChusmaConArmas This is not my problem alone. It’s an issue for everyone who plays this game. If a mode is being created, it should address all players globally. Here is a 12-hour video. I don’t think I have more time to spare for it. I’ll enjoy myself in other modes. But I have to say, it wasn’t worth the wait. DMRs are actually pretty rediculous, what is your loadout on the VCAR?.. you definately should be holding your own even against SMGs. I use short barrel, CC ammo, 8RHOLO, and BCG light grip. go to town. I can tell you everyone has their opinions I know, but aside from LMGs i would probly only ever use DMRs if it werent for trying to get T1 skins lol. well balanced power, accuracy, and rof. also Im on PC so you can throw the whole mouse/controller debate in there too, not sure what you use.
- @GovntTookMyBaby I don’t always use the VCAR. I’m trying to unlock the T1 lock. But each weapon has a different area of use. The VCAR is a nice weapon for defense, a weapon that makes accurate shots when you take cover from a point. However, it falls short when attacking. I’m already doing whatever I can. I use the bullet that causes the most damage and the barrel that inflicts the most damage.
- @ChusmaConArmas The rewards are just awful, 2042 continues to go down the Apex / COD route with just the stupidest skins for a military themed FPS game. The mode itself is ok, it’s the teams that need to PTFO where it breaks down. That’s not new though, past titles had the same shortcoming. The shame in the battlepass is you need two wins in it, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to get in the right team to get that done. Time will tell. I want the 10 BP points from the bonus, but otherwise wouldn’t bother playing just to get the “rewards”.
- @ATFGunr Agreed, awful rewards! I would not play Frontlines just for those. Apparently it's what people want these days, bright shiny colorful skins.
Also it seems the rewards will stay the same for the full event duration, which is 2 weeks. That's just lame. They've got to lure the players into buying the new bundles.
I completed my 2 wins needed for the bonus mission, so that stress is gone. I will probably go back in for the occasional game, but I would not play this mode continuously as I still think 45 minutes is too long.Frontlines has always been a broken mode. But adding vehicles at the end just ruins the experience. Ticket count in the mode is useless as you can run out of tickets and keep going until the timer ends. My opinion you run out of tickets game over, this might make some players actual play the mode properly and not sit back. If I an squad leader and squad member not playing the mode properly they get the kick from my squad. That is just the military in me as I hate people who do not play as a squad.
