I have a question, I have a PS4, so I have buy the PS5 Standard version with crossgen Bundle in the App of Playstation, but it doesn't appear in My PS4 library it's normal? Please help

I hear Sony has a terrible refund policy on pre-orders. I hear they won't refund the money until the game launches...

Although I'd bring up that the game has been delayed past it's original launch date.

Pre-ordering is always a gamble.

@OskooI_007 As long as you don't download the main game you should get a refund easy. Did it with Vanguard to get into the early Beta.
