Cross Gen Bundle code doesn't show the game on library after redeemed (PS4/PS5)

hello everyone!

I redeemed a promotional code that some content creators gave away at Christmas on Twitter, the transaction was successful, but nevertheless the game does not appear anywhere in my library on the console, website or mobile app.

I already contacted EA Help and Sony via chat but neither could solve my problem. Now even the Gold and ultimate versions appear unavailable for me and when I open the "Learn more" tab it tells me that I already own the game and yes, but it does not appear in my library to download.

Does anyone know how I can solve this? Thanks in advance

    I needed to go back on to my PS4 and start the download for it to show up in my PS5 library. Have you tried going on to the website and clicking "download to console"?

    @TTZ_DipsyThank you for the reply but, the game does not appear anywhere in my library on the console, website or mobile app.

    Even a friend of my brother allowed him to put my data on a PS5 because I still can't buy one, and even then it doesn't appear in the PS5 library, anywhere
