Cross Platform purchase

Cross-progression and Cross-buying are two different things.
Cross-progression means that when you play on PC your "stats, settings, progression (unlocks et cetera)" will be uploaded to a server and when you starts on a different plattform like a PS5 you can continue where you left the game and continue with your current progress.
What you want is "cross-buying", the answer is no because it seems for now only your "in-app" / "in-game" purchases are covered up by "cross-commerce" but not the game license (copy of the game or also known as "Single-Use-Product-Code") itself.

If you buy the game on PC you only own it on this platform. 

So you have to buy it again on Console if you want to continue playing there.

But your stats and progress will cross over, as long as you play with any Console account that you've linked to this EA ID you played with on PC.
