Same for me. First time in I joined a game instantly. Then realised crossplay was on so came out and switched it off in xbox settings.
Since then, as others have said, it just sits at the loading screen saying "waiting for players".
So not a good start.
Same here. Just bought it for xbox to get rid of pc cheaters. In Beta, i was alle to disable crossplay. Now this.... so sad.
People need to keep pushing this post or nothing will change please people let ea know we as console players really don't want forced crossplay with pc. Playstation and xbox 100% would be amazing EA WE DONT WANT TO PLAY WITH PC PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!
To my mind if I can't switch off cross play, I won't play it. Who on a console could enjoy playing a game where you've got a baked in disadvantage against half your opponents.
For anyone who thinks the same (most id guess), the game is effectively completely broken at launch.
@FatherDediv played 4 games in every game 80%-90% were pc players and I'm not joking. I was under the impression we could disable this in game I am honestly considering a refund dont understand why games are forcing crossplay on people console vs console would do me cant stand the fact I'm forced to play with players on pc.
- @FatherDed I had my order refunded, forced crossplay with PC is rediculous, PS and Xbox crossplay is what we've always wanted, not this rubbish. And as soon as you turn crossplay off, you can't get a game.

Exactly why don't they understand when we console players have said we want crossplay 95% of the community actually meant console crossplay. Most console players couldn't care less about pc because they have a huge and I mean huge advantage in many ways. Ea/dice trust me when I say this people will get sick of playing with pc players fast. Please just sort this out listen to ur community we don't want pc in out playlists.
@rizzo777I don't agree that it's 95% that only want console crossplay... There's ALOT of console players, and I mean ALOT that wants mouse and keyboard support for the majority of fps games not just BF...
I want to play with PCplayers, many of my friends and I play Warzone just for that reason but I have the option to play with kbm there, not on BF which sucks cuz until they add kbm support I won't be able to play with them, and therefore im not buying it. Already refunded it so
