This thing still enabled with all the hoops?!, just wow.. lobbies are truly sad and most players feel forced turning it back on, not what I expected when per-ordering this
@BangExperienceYes... In general I understand the motivation of cross-play enabled by default, but not with FPS games. There are so many bad and also good examples, so, its really a surprise that we need to discuss this in late 2021...
I still hope we'll get an in-game experience, and, that the ongoing discussion within the Halo Infinite community will have a positive impact on all non-first party studios too.- @FrEaKCH82 Is there still no official statement by Dice on this?
Still nothing. they have to come with something in the next patch, XsX is dying. A few days ago I was able to find conquest games easily at any time. Since yesterday I started to have to wait up to 2 minutes on the "waiting for players" screen in the middle of the day (evening is still OK). Never happened before and it looks like people are juste quitting the game (I can't believe that anyone with xplay off would happily go back to xplay on and certainly just stops playing...)
