But think there is plenty of evidence that cosmetic sales do not translate to more or better content or any funds flowing back into the game the way many would like to see. Ofc don’t know how well the cosmetic sales are doing but since they provide more cosmetic content than actual content that should speak for itself.

That's where I'm at with it. They continue to add more cosmetic stuff [which, if I unlock it while playing, sure I'll apply it, but I'm not buying any of it] all while minimal actual playable content is released. This was supposed to be the savior to not need the BF Premium upgrade to be able to have the 4 maps every few months. Now look where we're at, about maybe two premium DLC releases total in the 2 years the game has been out. But cosmetics everywhere so I can make a gun I don't use look slightly more blue, boris to look like Santa, or something.
