CUSTOM CONQUEST "can you adjust time?"

I've been tinkering with the Custom Conquest and at the moment their is no way to set the timer to more than 20 Min.

Is this something that was in the original coding for it or is there a segment I'm missing when building the server. Having 48 Vehicles in a Conquest mode is an amazing breath of fresh air but 20 min to 1000 tickets just isn't enough time!

Any help fixing or passing the issue along to someone higher up would be amazing and thank you in advance.
