@EbayScammerGreat, simple idea to assuage a lot of the specialist concern. Just let the user / player choose their own look, Specialty and Trait... win / win!
- @EbayScammer At the moment it doesn't seem so.
- @EbayScammer Hopefully, along with a default uniform. Then people who do not want all this cosmetic stuff can pick the nameless default char and it will be exactly like in Battlefields prior to BFV.
I have to say DICE’s move towards seeing soldiers as unique individuals with each their unique look is a gigantic turn off for me.
I would much prefer things like in Battlefields prior to BFV.
Cosmetics feels like something nobody asked for. At least nobody I know.
Edited to say it makes Battlefield less realistic and more “cartoon-like”, which is not at all in line with what Battlefield as a franchise has been known for until the disaster that was BFV.

Or are you asking for specialist without their own gadgets/traits? Would like. Even if with only one generic gadget or two generic and limited choices. Or four class archetypes. Whatever.
basically a default character or hero that you can fully personalize gear,clothes,traits etc. They should sell cometics and * for that character i would gladly pay for that
- @EbayScammer then you will end up with everyone running the same traits and gadgets, break the balance of the other specialist.
Clothes have already said will be customized.

well we had already a cartoon-like Battlefield in the past from DICE...
- @CloudMcRip Never saw that before, did hear the name BF Heroes mentioned though.
It’s fun and sad at the same time, because it’s exactly the direction Battlefield has been moved in from BFV and onwards.
