D.I.C.E Secretly Altered PKP-BP After Patch 4

@KillAndKillMore Single fire doesn't work for me on any Assault rifles (that have the option). Haven't tried other gun classes.

@KillAndKillMore I assume the semi-automatic mode was removed from the PKP-BP, because it was a bug.
The PKP Pecheneg in previous Battlefield games only allowed for automatic fire, if my research is correct.
