Damage Log Explaining
Can somebody from developers explain in to details DELTATICK? What that numbers mean? Lower better? Higher better? Why some damage have red color? If higher worst from which number you can say "that ...

@Echo6Echo Good call on the missing info or frames from the server.
It appears the server isn't sending all the damage events to the client. Meaning if someone shoots you with 5 bullets, you'll only feel 3 or 4 bullets hit before you die.
It's appears the server is killing you before it finishes sending all the bullet damage events to you.

I'm also disturbed by the fact that a plate seems to make ZERO difference. Why even have it in the game?
