@GiSe87 This highlights all of my feelings and experience perfectly, including being denied refund, while reading several articles about the people who didn't have the faith to pre-order getting refunds, so I actually get punished for being a long time faithful fan. Really hoping things turn around at some point. I don't want this to be the way my favorite series of all time dies.
DId anyone else click through the comments to find the EA response, like a kid at 7:00AM on Xmas morning smiling thinking youre gonna get a big present, some epic response "thanks for the letter, it has been relayed to the right parties" or something awesome? I got to page 4 and it said "please use english only". LMFAO
I shook my head in massive disappointment after finding that lump of coal and said "of course...OP took the time to write up a non-brutal, kind, constructive open letter. A proper response is def a legacy feature. Sigh"
