Decouple pilot freelook
Please enable this for BF 2042. I loved it so much.

Im sure it will be possible in BATTLEFIELD 2042 as DICE already implemented this feature in past Battlefield games. 🙂

Go to your Documents>Battlefield 2042>settings>PROFSAVE_profile and open it with notepad. Go to Edit>Find. Type in "Freelook" and hit next. Change GstInput.FreelookSensitivity to some high value. Go back to Edit>Find. Hit next again. Change GstInput.PlaneFreelookDecouple value from 0 to 1. Have a great day.
Thanks a lot for the tip, but unfortunately this is still not working for me. I have trackIR emulated as mouse input, so if I hold down the freelook key I can look around the cockpit. No flight controls while freelook though. Did I miss something?
