It's like an unintentional tap-fire almost, it seems to be random and very annoying. It's only started happening since the Season 2 update, it has already cost me a fair share of one-on-one gunfights and it's just disconcerting in general.
I'm on PC, and NO my mouse isn't the problem, it's only happening in BF2042 since Season 2 dropped.
Yep I know what you mean, I use the AC-42 so I don't have full auto but I have noticed random delays using semi auto.
And I have experienced the reload problem many times, I have also had issues trying to call for a medic.
To be honest i thought my mouse was on the blink, so glad to hear it's not just happening to me.
Like you I find it all very frustrating and it's just something else that is adversely affecting the overall gaming experience.
