Delay or stuttering when firing

Is anyone else experiencing a delay or stuttering when firing full auto or even when using vehicles' weapons? It's like an unintentional tap-fire almost, it seems to be random and very annoying. It'...

@Ironhead841 I like to think that if they could have fixed it, they would. This issue, mouse input, so many problems but at least we got a 1.58gb hot fix to add the M95 to portal. That fixes the whole game!

Since it seems like it got introduced with the season 2 update, I wouldn't think it would be that hard to root out the cause and quickly fix it!

  Noticed this a lot more yesterday, this is something they definitely need to address asap.

Just noticed this when trying to use the HMG in one of the 1942 maps, very strange
